What's included

Our house cleaning checklist.

Exactly what our crews do on a standard clean, a deep clean, and a move-out clean — plus what we don't do, and how to get your home ready. No guessing, no hidden add-ons.

Standard vs. deep vs. move-out

A standard clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean resets built-up grime and is the usual first visit. A move-out clean is a deep clean of an empty home, including inside cabinets and appliances, so it passes inspection or shows well.

What we don't do

  • Mold remediation and biohazard cleanup
  • Pest control or removal
  • Heavy hoarding or construction debris hauling
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Exterior window work above safe ladder height
  • Laundry beyond changing bed linens

How to prepare

  • Pick up clothing, toys and dishes so we clean surfaces instead of tidying
  • Secure pets in a room or crate and let us know their names
  • Point out fragile items or rooms you would like us to skip
  • Leave out any specialty products you want used on stone or specialty floors
  • Share a door code or key if you will not be home

How pricing works

Every home is different, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices. We quote each job individually based on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, its condition, pets and how often we come — and recurring clients pay less per visit than one-time cleans. Deep cleans and move-out cleans take a crew several more hours than a maintenance clean, so they are quoted accordingly. Estimates are always free and we confirm the exact price before we ever start.

Common questions

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard clean covers kitchens (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances), all bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, sinks), dusting of reachable surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping every floor. It is designed to maintain a home that is already in good shape.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, light switches, vents, window sills and tracks, cabinet fronts, scrubbing tile grout and soap scum, and detailing behind and around appliances. It is the right first visit for most new clients.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home week to week. A deep clean resets it — we remove built-up grime in the places a routine clean does not reach, such as grout, baseboards, vents and cabinet interiors. Most homes start with a deep clean, then move to a recurring standard clean.

How long does a house cleaning take?

A recurring standard clean of a 3-bedroom home usually takes a two-person crew about 2 to 3 hours. Deep cleans and move-out cleans commonly run 4 to 7 hours depending on size and condition.

How often should a home be cleaned?

Homes with kids or pets usually do best weekly or bi-weekly. Couples and smaller households often choose monthly, with a deep clean once or twice a year. We will tell you honestly which frequency fits your home instead of selling you more visits than you need.

Do you provide recurring cleaning?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are our most popular service. Recurring clients get a set day, the same crew, and a lower per-visit rate than one-time cleaning.

What does move-out cleaning include?

Move-out cleaning is a full deep clean of an empty home: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, vents, light fixtures, windows and tracks, and every bathroom sanitized top to bottom — so the property passes inspection or shows well.

What does move-in cleaning include?

Move-in cleaning sanitizes a home before your furniture arrives: cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliances, bathrooms, floors, ceiling fans and vents, plus wiping down closets and shelving so you are unpacking into a clean space.

Do you clean apartments?

Yes. We clean apartments, condos and townhomes, including turnover cleans when management did not leave the unit in acceptable condition.

Do you clean vacant homes?

Yes. We handle vacant properties, rental turnovers and post-construction cleanup for landlords, realtors and property managers, and we can coordinate access without you being present.

What is not included in a cleaning?

We do not do mold remediation, pest treatment, heavy hoarding cleanup, exterior window work above safe ladder height, or moving heavy furniture. If your job needs one of those, we will tell you before we quote it.
