House cleaning questions, answered honestly.

Everything homeowners in Winder and Barrow County ask us before booking — pricing, what is included, how long it takes, and how to get on the schedule.

Pricing & booking

How much does house cleaning cost in Winder, GA?

Every home is different, so we price each job individually rather than charging a flat rate for everyone. Your quote depends on the size of the home, number of bathrooms, its condition, pets, and how often we come — recurring clients pay less per visit than one-time cleans. Estimates are always free and we confirm the price up front, with no hourly surprises. Call or text 770-286-3486 for your free quote.

How do I request a quote?

Call or text 770-286-3486, email Rioresidentialandrestoration@gmail.com, or fill out the quote form on our contact page. Tell us your city, the size of the home, and what kind of clean you need. We reply the same business day with a flat price.

How do I schedule a cleaning?

Once you approve the quote we put you on the schedule for a specific date and arrival window. For recurring clients we lock in the same day and crew each visit so you always know who is coming.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all equipment, microfiber cloths, and professional products at no extra cost. If you prefer we use your products — for stone counters, specialty flooring, or scent sensitivities — just leave them out and let us know.

What should I do before a cleaner arrives?

Pick up loose clothing, toys, and dishes so we can clean surfaces rather than tidy around them, secure pets, and let us know about any fragile items or rooms to skip. Nothing else is required — we handle the rest.

Services & what's included

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard clean covers kitchens (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances), all bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, sinks), dusting of reachable surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping every floor. It is designed to maintain a home that is already in good shape.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep clean includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, light switches, vents, window sills and tracks, cabinet fronts, scrubbing tile grout and soap scum, and detailing behind and around appliances. It is the right first visit for most new clients.

What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home week to week. A deep clean resets it — we remove built-up grime in the places a routine clean does not reach, such as grout, baseboards, vents and cabinet interiors. Most homes start with a deep clean, then move to a recurring standard clean.

How long does a house cleaning take?

A recurring standard clean of a 3-bedroom home usually takes a two-person crew about 2 to 3 hours. Deep cleans and move-out cleans commonly run 4 to 7 hours depending on size and condition.

How often should a home be cleaned?

Homes with kids or pets usually do best weekly or bi-weekly. Couples and smaller households often choose monthly, with a deep clean once or twice a year. We will tell you honestly which frequency fits your home instead of selling you more visits than you need.

Do you provide recurring cleaning?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are our most popular service. Recurring clients get a set day, the same crew, and a lower per-visit rate than one-time cleaning.

What does move-out cleaning include?

Move-out cleaning is a full deep clean of an empty home: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator, baseboards, vents, light fixtures, windows and tracks, and every bathroom sanitized top to bottom — so the property passes inspection or shows well.

What does move-in cleaning include?

Move-in cleaning sanitizes a home before your furniture arrives: cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliances, bathrooms, floors, ceiling fans and vents, plus wiping down closets and shelving so you are unpacking into a clean space.

Do you clean apartments?

Yes. We clean apartments, condos and townhomes, including turnover cleans when management did not leave the unit in acceptable condition.

Do you clean vacant homes?

Yes. We handle vacant properties, rental turnovers and post-construction cleanup for landlords, realtors and property managers, and we can coordinate access without you being present.

What is not included in a cleaning?

We do not do mold remediation, pest treatment, heavy hoarding cleanup, exterior window work above safe ladder height, or moving heavy furniture. If your job needs one of those, we will tell you before we quote it.
